US Tower Begins Expansion in Lincoln

Business Expansion

On Monday, November 21, 2016, various statewide economic development officials and local government leaders met with US Tower representatives in Lincoln to discuss the business’s expansion plans and to tour the facility.

Travis Suelter, Vice President of US Tower Corp., told officials the business is quickly outgrowing its space in Lincoln and has broken ground to increase its manufacturing capacity, a press release from Lincoln County Economic Development Foundation director Kelly Larson said.  Concrete has already been removed from the building’s east entrance and dirt work has begun at the southwest corner of the facility.

The expansion plans will result in new construction adding 12,800sf for fabrication, 16,600sf for indoor testing, and 9,600sf for more office and conference room space.

“Within the next six months we hope to hire additional employees in several production and technical positions in response to business demands,” Suelter told the group of officials in attendance at last Monday’s meeting.
