Kansas Small Business Development Center – FHSU

We are your trusted resource partner for increasing the quality of life and growing economic prosperity in Western and North Central Kansas.
The Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC) helps Community Leaders, Economic Development, and Chamber Directors increase their tax base, retain businesses, grow employment, and provide training for business owners. We achieve this in three ways.
• First, we provide a rigorous Business Start-Up Process so that entrepreneurs can launch a profitable, cash flow positive, and growth-oriented business.
• Second, we provide established businesses with specific, customized solutions to help them remain competitive in a growing global economy.
• Third, we provide workshops covering numerous topics that can be customized to meet the needs of your business community.
Local leaders know what is working well in their community and what could use some improvement. By maintaining the pulse of their community, local leaders are best able to identify where SBDC resources can be applied. Whether it is hosting our ½-Day Start-Up Bootcamp, a Business Transition Information Session, QuickBooks, or guiding a new business start-up the Kansas SBDC is here to assist.
Please reach out today to learn how we can best assist you in helping your businesses.
