The Cloud County Resource Council partnered with the Concordia Chamber of Commerce Monday, October 17th to host a Ribbon Cutting and Open House for the Cloud County Event Center, located at 107 W. 7th Street in Concordia. The newly renovated Event Center was formerly the Club 81 Youth Center in Concordia.
