Pratt Real Estate Has Been Nominated for the wKREDA Retail/Service Business of the Year. Pratt Real Estate in 2019 went above and beyond in helping with a very difficult site selection process. A new business venture was looking for agricultural ground, with very specific needs for water, other utilities, and speed to start their business. They were able to work with Pratt Real Estate to help them meet their needs. Pratt Real Estate partnered with Pratt County Economic Development and hosted multiple site visits and worked tireless hours on the project. While it did not come to fruition Pratt Real Estate was a tremendous economic development partner throughout this process providing exceptional service to their clients.
