Senior Living Community Breaks Ground in Garden City

    August 2, 2016

Additional senior living is one step closer to becoming a reality after a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday for Ranch House Senior Community at its future site, 2900 Campus Drive, hosted by the Garden City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ranch House will be a senior community living facility with construction expected to be complete in the next 14 months, Jim Klausman, Midwest Health Inc. president and CEO said during the ceremony.

The community plan features multiple levels of care, including 40 assisted living suites and 60 skilled nursing rooms with access to a state-of-the-art rapid recovery rehabilitation unit.
