“We need to preserve our neighborhoods, our small business, our local economy.” ~Maria Semple, author
The national economy has been sluggish for some time. But there’s evidence to indicate that working at the local level to stimulate start-ups and small businesses is a worthwhile endeavor. The Norton County Neighborhood Revitalization Plan offers tax incentives to stimulate local economic growth by helping fund new construction and improvements to existing properties.
Tax rebates for up to $150,000 in increased value are available for single-family residential properties. And the news is even better for businesses. There’s no limit on commercial, industrial or agricultural properties. Find out more about this wonderful resource.
